We stayed at this hotel and were absolutely delighted. First of all, the location is excellent — close to the city center, yet situated in a quiet neighborhood. Everything is within walking distance. The area is peaceful and calm, perfect for both strolls and a relaxing stay. The room was clean, cozy, and spacious. The interior is modern, and the furniture is comfortable. Housekeeping was done daily, always neat and thorough. The staff are true professionals — always friendly, attentive to detail, and ready to help in any situation. Check-in was quick and smooth, everything was organized at a high level. The breakfast deserves special praise — a varied menu, delicious dishes, fresh ingredients, and excellent coffee. The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant and sets the tone for a calm and enjoyable start to the day. This hotel was a real discovery for us. We will definitely stay here again and will happily recommend it to our friends and family!

excellent hôtel situé dans le centre de Spa, à moins de 2 minutes à pied de toutes les commodités. Le personnel s'est montré à l'écoute et très professionnel, offrant un accueil chaleureux, même en anglais. Le restaurant bistronomique, réputé 4 étoiles, a su ravir nos papilles. La qualité du service et des plats était réellement à la hauteur de nos attentes, et le rapport qualité-prix est tout simplement super. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour une escapade détente et gourmande à Spa.

Franchement top... Les plats, le cadre, le service.... La Petite discussion avec le patron était très sympa.... Nous n'étions pas venus depuis 6ans et la qualité est toujours au rendez-vous... La sélection des vins est harmonieuse... A tester sans hésitation

Parking juste à côté. Petit dejeuner buffet nickel.
Les chambres sont vieillissantes. Pas de prise électriques près du lit.
Téléphone fixe pas branché et lumières de lit qui ne fonctionnent pas.

Fijn hotel
Luxe kamer, goede bedden, prachtige badkamer zeer schoon en alles nieuw en mooi materiaal. Hele prettige warme service en een werkelijk top restaurant. Enige min punt voor ons: als je met open ramen wil.slapen ervaar je minder privacy, doordat ze alleen openen naar het gangpad en de kleine court.

Wij zijn ontevreden. In eerste instantie schrijf ik geen negatieve reviews, maar er was geen persoonlijk contact of antwoord op mijn mail. We betaalden 400€ voor 1 nacht op een familiekamer met hondje en 4x ontbijt. De foto’s deden vermoeden dat dít zijn prijs waard was.. helemaal niet dus. Donkere, verouderde kamer. Schimmel of de voegen.. terras is gewoon een doorgang. Het dakterras niet onderhouden. Een minibar of plaats waar je iets koel kan houden hebben we ook gemist. Het ontbijt was wel tip top.
